5. Our Response to Notices

• Incomplete notices will receive a request for correction before any action is taken.

6. Counter-Notification

If you believe material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our designated agent containing:

1. Your physical or electronic signature;
2. Identification of the removed material and its location before removal;
3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed as a result of mistake or misidentification;
4. Your name, address, telephone number, and consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which you are located (or, if outside the United States, of any judicial district in which we may be found), and agreement to accept service of process from the original complainant.

Upon receiving a valid counter-notification, we may restore the material in accordance with 17 U.S.C. § 512(g).

7. Repeat Infringers

In accordance with the DMCA and our Terms of Service, we reserve the right to terminate access privileges for any user who is determined to be a repeat infringer of copyright, at our sole discretion.

8. Misrepresentation Warning

Please note: under 17 U.S.C. § 512(f), any person who knowingly materially misrepresents that material is infringing — or was removed by mistake — may be liable for damages, including costs and legal fees.
